So, there I was, sitting and minding my own business at Napa's new Oxbow Market enjoying some coffee. Then, I looked up and saw a man with a ponytail being followed around by a few suits. He looked a little familiar.

I realized it was Chef Morimoto of Iron Chef and Iron Chef America fame. In my humble opinion, he is the most exciting of the Iron Chefs. I mean, I can only see Bobby Flay win so many times without wanting to put a hole through my television screen.
So, what was Morimoto doing in Napa with a little entourage? Scoping out a potential restaurant space? Doing some wine tasting? Getting mud baths in Calistoga?
